Turkish Hackers Strike Websites With DNS Hack

An interesting story appeared in the new today that over the weekend "Turkish Hackers Strike Websites With DNS Hack"

Some major companies including Microsoft, Vodaphone and UPS all lost visitors to their websites as the DNS (domain name system) information relating to their domain names was changed. This change meant that people were automatically re-directed to another site being owned by the hackers posting the message "4 Sept. We Turkguvenligi declare this day as World Hackers Day - Have fun ;) h4ck y0u."

This sends out an important message that no matter how big or small your company, you must always be aware of the hidden dangers related to internet security.

All IMS hosting and domain name services are fully secured from such "SQL injection attacks" and such dangers are always being avoided with constant screening and updating of security systems on our secure hosting platforms.
